PRE-ACTIVITY PARTICIPANTS HAD TO COMPLETE:

Objective: This homework activity aims to encourage you to research and understand local issues in your country, identify relevant stakeholders and organizations involved, and propose potential solutions to address these issues.

  1. Identify local issues: Research three significant local issues within your country. These issues can be social, economic, environmental, or political in nature. Examples may include poverty, climate change, education, healthcare, gender inequality, corruption, etc.

  2. Stakeholders and organizations: For each identified issue, identify one key stakeholder or organization that plays a role in addressing or influencing the issue. These stakeholders can be government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), community groups, corporations, educational institutions, or individuals who have a vested interest in the issue.

  3. Solutions: Finally, research how your community or stakeholders provide solutions to address these issues. These solutions can be practical, innovative, or a combination of both.
